Capstone Community Bible Church is seeking a bright, energetic, and positive individual that is eager to serve in the area of support to fill the position of “Part-Time Office Administrator”. The position requires a commitment of approximately 15 hours per week, with timing of those hours and salary to be negotiated.

Potential candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma, strong computer skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft office, and previous experience in some sort of administrative role. Job Description

Purpose of Job:
To facilitate the objectives of the church by serving in administrative capacities within the church office.

Job Requirements:
To be a point of contact to the church office through phone, email, mail, or other forms of communication.
To facilitate communication to the church family through bulletins, emails, and the like.
To administrate bookings of the church facility.
To maintain church records and documents as directed.
To prepare and print the annual report or other necessary documents.
To maintain appropriate stationary and photocopier supplies within the office.
To manage the office petty cash in cooperation with the treasurer.
To preform other duties as requested by the Lead Pastor(s).

Personal Requirements:
To exhibit the attitudes and actions of a servant leader.
To strive to maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere within the church office.

Working Relationships:
Accountable to and receiving direction from the Lead Pastor, Ministry Development.
Works closely with other paid and volunteer church ministry leadership.
